returns/exchanges

We understand that sometimes things just dont work out. Unused/defective items may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Follow these steps for returns and exchanges:

*NOTE: The following steps pertain to orders placed on caddytalkusa.com. For orders placed on Amazon or a third party vendor, please contact the respective service for instruction.

Allow 1-2 business days for form review and approval.

STEP 2

PACK ITEM

You will be emailed with instructions. Include the following details in your package:

1. Name

2. Order #

3. Item(s) to be returned or exchanged

4. Identify if return OR exchange

5. Reason for return/exchange

*NOTE: Non-U.S. residents are responsible for ALL shipping costs when returning or exchanging the item(s). This includes the cost of reshipping the new item(s) for exchanges.

STEP 3

SHIP THE ITEM(S) TO US

STEP 4

RETURN/REFUND

Allow 3-5 business days of inspecting product. IF requirements are met, THEN refund will be issued. IF requirements are NOT met, THEN the original shipping cost of the order will be deducted from your refund. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.

EXCHANGE

Allow 3-5 business days of inspecting product. IF requirements are met, THEN a new replacement will be shipped. IF requirements are not met and your item is not defective, the device will be shipped back to you.
