ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At CaddyTalk USA, we want to make sure you are highly pleased with your purchases. To assist you in the case that you are not happy with your order, we have outlined the necessary steps you need to take for a quick, efficient, and smooth change. Please read the following regarding types of purchases before proceeding for a refund/exchange request.
Unused or defective items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions will be made after 30 days.
SALE PURCHASES: All items purchased at sale prices online are final and will not qualify for returns or exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Sender must be responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging the item(s). This includes the cost of reshipping the new item(s) for exchanges.
RETURN ORDERS (within U.S. only): Sender must be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the purchased item(s), whether it is for returns or exchanges. In the case of a return, the refund will be issued once the item(s) is received and approved to be in original condition. In the case of an exchange, we will reship the new item(s) free of charge as a complimentary service.
REFUNDS: Please allow 3-5 business days for all refunds to appear on your transaction statement. Full refunds will be made for orders before item(s) are shipped. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any orders in which item(s) had been previously shipped to customer.

Returns & Exchange Procedure:
1. Compose a new email addressed to email@example.com.
2. In the subject box, type Refund/Exchange Product
3. In the content box, type in the following information:
